§ 153.11 NON-CONFORMING SIGNS.
   Signs existing at the time of the enactment of this chapter and not conforming to its provisions, but which were constructed in compliance with previous regulations and ordinances shall be regarded as non-conforming signs. Non- conforming signs shall not be:
   (A)   Changed to another non-conforming sign;
   (B)   Structurally altered so as to prolong life of the sign;
   (C)   Expanded;
   (D)   Re-established after discontinuance of the sign use for a period of 30 days;
   (E)   Moved in whole or in part to another location unless said sign, and the use thereof, is made to conform to all regulations of this chapter; and
   (F)   Re-established after damage or destruction by any means, including an act of God, exceeding 50% of the estimated initial value of the sign, as determined by the Building and Zoning Officer.
