§ 150.179 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.

Compliance with the provisions of this subchapter shall not relieve or excuse the applicant from complying with the requirements of §§ 150.015 through 150.022, including the requirement of obtaining a building permit under the provisions of said §§ 150.015 through 150.022.
