§ 150.178 APPEAL.
   Any person aggrieved by the refusal to grant a permit hereunder shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Adjustment within 48 hours of the issuance of the permit. Such appeal shall be perfected within 48 hours by filing with the City Clerk, during normal business hours, a statement that an appeal is requested to the Board of Adjustment, together with a brief statement of the reasons or facts upon which the appeal is based. Pursuant to its rules and regulations, the Board shall then hear the appeal and grant the permit or sustain the decision of the Building and Zoning Officer in denying the permit. If the denial is sustained, the Board shall state the reasons therefor.
