It shall be the duty of the Electrical Inspector or a duly authorized agent to administer and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. The Electrical Inspector shall keep complete records of all permits issued, inspections and reinspections made, and other official work performed in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
