§ 130.29 PROVISION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO MINORS; POSSESSION OR PURCHASE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS BY MINORS.
   (A)   A person shall not sell, give or otherwise supply any tobacco, tobacco products or cigarettes to any person under 18 years of age.
   (B)   A person under 18 years of age shall not smoke, use, possess, purchase or attempt to purchase any tobacco, tobacco products or cigarettes.
   (C)   A person charged with a violation of this section shall have available all defenses set forth in Iowa Code § 453A.2.
