(A) The issuance of a registration to an applicant under this chapter shall not grant to the applicant any right to occupy any portions of public streets, alleys, sidewalks or easements beyond such rights as are enjoyed by members of the public generally.
(B) The issuance of a registration by the city under this chapter does not indicate any approval or evaluation of any goods, merchandise, products or services offered by a registrant.
(C) The issuance of a registration does not excuse or release any applicant from the strict compliance with all other city ordinances and state and federal statutes and regulations.
