(A) In order to cover the cost of administering the provisions of this chapter, every registrant shall pay a fee of $5 per day of registration, in addition to the application fee, before a registration is approved and issued.
(B) Operators of mobile food and beverage vendors (food trucks) shall pay a fee of $20 per seven-day period or an annual fee of $100.
