§ 112.11 VIOLATIONS.
   Any violations of the state statutes, including, without limitation, a violation of any provision of Iowa Code Chapter 123, shall also be deemed a violation of this chapter and may be prosecuted or made the subject of a municipal infraction procedure in the same manner as a violation of any other city ordinance.
