§ 112.08 MISCELLANEOUS PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No permit or license shall be issued for premises located within 300 feet of a public or private educational institution or a place of religious worship.
   (B)   No permit or license for premises not located in the appropriate zoning district as established under this code shall be approved.
