§ 111.02 TAXICABS AND LIMOUSINES.
   The term TAXICAB or LIMOUSINE shall mean a motor vehicle used for conveying less than seven passengers in exchange for payment of any kind on the public streets of the city, but shall not include a transportation network company, transportation network company driver or personal vehicle as defined in Iowa Code § 321N.1. The term “vehicle” when used in this chapter shall mean a TAXICAB or LIMOUSINE.
