§ 95.066 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to accomplish the purposes of this subchapter, to prepare the application and permit forms required by this subchapter, to prepare any other forms and to issue or deny permits and approvals pursuant to this subchapter.
