§ 94.09 CAMPING.
   (A)   The Park Board is hereby authorized to fix fees for camping and other special privileges which shall be in such amount as may be determined by the Park Board upon the basis of cost of providing and reasonable value of such privileges.
   (B)   No person shall camp in any portion of the city park except in portions prescribed or designated by the Park Board.
