§ 92.16 OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED.

No person shall ignite, cause to be ignited, permit to be ignited, allow or maintain any fire for the purpose of burning or consuming yard waste, refuse, garbage or other waste material, except as specifically provided in § 92.17.
