Snowmobiles shall not be operated upon:
(A) The public sidewalks within the city limits, nor shall they be operated upon that portion of the public streets located between the curb line and the sidewalk line and commonly referred to as parking, except for purposes of crossing the same to a public street upon which operation is authorized by this subchapter; or
(B) Private property without the express permission of the owner of that property.
