§ 70.121 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVE-IN FACILITY. Any window, floor, opening, building, cage, stand, device or structure used in connection with any business transaction between the operator of same and an occupant or occupants of a motor vehicle.
