§ 70.086 SIGNALS.
   It shall be the duty of the conductor and of the engineer having charge of any locomotive, to cause the engine bell to be rung upon the approach of the locomotive to the street crossing and whenever any person or animal is upon the railroad track at such crossing, if necessary to avoid danger, to slacken the speed of such locomotive.
