The Traffic Division shall prepare annually a traffic report which shall be filed with the Mayor. Such report shall contain information on traffic matters in the city concerning the number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed and injured, the number and nature of violations, and other pertinent traffic data including the plans and recommendations for future traffic safety activities.
