The city maintains a solid waste transfer station at 3101 West 18th Street. Solid waste materials may be transported to this transfer station by citizens of the community and placed in designated containers or areas for disposal. Charges will be imposed for solid waste delivered to the transfer station pursuant to the schedule of rates and charges incorporated in this chapter.
