§ 51.50 STORMWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM DISTRICT CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Stormwater Drainage System District as described in the Appendix at the end of this chapter which includes the description of the boundaries of Part A and Part B of the District and pictorial representations. Said District shall be known as Stormwater Drainage System District #1 of the city.
