(A) The first precinct shall consist of the area bounded by a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of 9th Avenue West and West 7th Street; then east to 1st Avenue West; then south to West 5th Street; then east to 6th Avenue East; then north to the centerline of the main track of the Chicago, Des Moines and Eastern Railroad; then east along said railroad center line to the east corporate boundary; then south along the corporate boundary line to 11th Street Southeast; then west to 10th Avenue Southeast; then north to 4th Street Southeast; then west along 4th Street Southeast; then south along 2nd Avenue Southeast; then west along 8th Street Southeast; then north on 1st Avenue Southwest; then west along 4th Street Southwest to 11th Avenue Southwest to the west corporate boundary line; then north along the corporate boundary line to West 4th Street; then easterly along West 4th Street to 9th Avenue West; then north to the point of beginning.
(B) The second precinct shall consist of the area bounded by a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of 4th Avenue West and West 13th Street; then east along West 13th Street and East 13th Street to 3rd Avenue East; then north along 3rd Avenue East to East 14th Street; then east along East 14th Street to Fairview Avenue; then northeasterly on Fairview Avenue to 9th Avenue east; then north to East 18th Street, then east to the corporate boundary; then south along the corporate boundary to the north boundary of the first precinct; then westerly and southerly along the boundary of the first precinct to 6th Avenue West; then north on 6th Avenue West to West 9th Street; then west along West 9th Street to 7th Avenue West; then north on 7th Avenue West to West 11th Street; then east on West 11th Street to 4th Avenue West; then north on 4th Avenue West to the point of beginning.
(C) The third precinct shall consist of the area bounded by a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue West and West 18th Street; then west on West 18th Street to 18th Avenue West; then north on 18th Avenue West to the north corporate boundary limit; then following the northern corporate boundary limit to East 18th Street; then following the northern boundary of the second precinct to 7th Avenue West; then west along West 11th Street to 13th Avenue West; then north along 13th Avenue West to West 13th Street; then east along West 13th Street to 11th Avenue West; then north along 11th Avenue West to the point of beginning.
(D) The fourth precinct shall consist of the area bounded by a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue West and West 18th Street; then west along the north south boundary of the third precinct to the northern corporate boundary limit; then following the corporate boundary to West 4th Street where the fourth precinct connects to the first precinct; then following the northern boundary of the first precinct to 6th Avenue West where the fourth precinct connects to the second precinct; then following the east boundary of the second precinct to 7th Avenue West where the fourth precinct connects to the third precinct; then follow the boundary of the third precinct to the point of beginning.
(E) The fifth precinct shall consist of the area bounded by a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue Southwest and 4th Street Southwest; then easterly along the south boundary of the first precinct to the east corporate boundary; then continuing along the corporate boundary to the point of beginning.
