§ 32.276 VOLUNTEER MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall include such number of volunteer members as the Chief shall recommend and the Council shall deem necessary.
   (B)   Volunteers shall be nominated for membership by the Fire Chief and shall be approved and employed by the City Manager.
