§ 32.256 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police shall have the power and it shall be his or her duty to promulgate orders, rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the Police Department, not inconsistent with the law or the provisions of this code and shall see to the enforcement thereof.
