The City Plumbing Inspector shall serve as secretary of the Board and shall keep minutes and records of all proceedings of the Board. The Board shall elect one of its members as its chairperson. The Board shall hold special meetings at such time as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duties. The secretary and chairperson shall be responsible for scheduling all special meetings.
