There is hereby established the Plumbing Board. The purposes of the Plumbing Board shall be to consider and advise the City Council concerning revisions and additions to this code and as to plumbing permit requirements, to advise and assist the Plumbing Inspector, and to hear and decide appeals from the decisions of the Plumbing Inspector.
