There is hereby created an Electrical Board.
(A) Electrical Inspector. The Electrical Inspector shall serve as secretary to the Board and shall keep minutes and records of proceedings of the Board.
(B) Quorum. Two voting members of the Electrical Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(C) Chairperson. The Electrical Board shall elect annually one of its members as chairperson. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board.
(D) Meetings. The Electrical Board shall hold special meetings as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duties. The secretary and chairperson shall be responsible for scheduling all special meetings.
