§ 96.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The City Manager may revoke a right of way use permit if:
   (A)   It is determined that the applicant has misstated any material fact in the application.
   (B)   When the Police Chief or the Fire Chief determines that, by reason of emergency, public safety requires a revocation.
   (C)   The applicant is acting in violation of the application, permit or city, state or federal law.
   (D)   The applicant’s liability insurance has been cancelled.
