§ 32.176 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The governing body of the municipal golf course.
   GOLF COURSE. The real property designated as the Spencer Municipal Golf Course, of which a legal description is on file in the office of the City Clerk, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereto.
