§ 32.146 AIRPORT ACCOUNT.

All money appropriated by the City Council from the General Fund for the operation and maintenance of the airport and all monies from other sources shall be set aside in an airport account. Disbursements shall be made only on order of the Board, signed by its president and secretary or their designees.
