§ 34.47 GENERAL DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF INCORPORATED AND UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF THE COUNTY DURING EMERGENCY.
   During a declared emergency, all officers and employees of incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county shall:
   (A)   Cooperate with, and give active support to:
      (1)   The County Commissioners; and
      (2)   The County Emergency Management Director.
   (B)   Comply with all orders issued pursuant to this chapter by:
      (1)   The Commissioners; and
      (2)   The County Emergency Management Director.
