(A) The Secretary shall maintain a personnel file which shall contain a folder for each member of the County Police Force and the County Sheriff’s Department. Each such folder shall contain copies of all documents pertinent to the appointment and service of each such member of the force and Department. The Sheriff shall furnish to the Secretary copies of all such documents.
(B) The Secretary shall surrender such files to the succeeding Secretary.
