§ 32.29 OFFICERS OF THE BOARD.
   (A)   As soon as practicable after the members of the Board have been appointed, they shall meet upon the call of the Sheriff and organize by electing a President and a Secretary from among their membership.
   (B)   At the first regular meeting, to be held upon the call of the Sheriff, and annually thereafter, the members of the Board shall elect a President and a Secretary, each of whom shall serve one year after such election.
