§ 32.25 MEMBERSHIP.
   The Board shall be composed of five county residents, three of whom shall be appointed by the County Sheriff, and two of whom shall be elected by a majority vote of the members of the County Police Force and County Sheriff’s Department, said elections to be conducted under procedures established by the Board.
