§ 32.10 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   I.C. 36-7-11.9 and 36-7-12 (collectively, the “Act”) grant the authority to the County Council to establish a Department of Economic Development to be controlled by an Economic Development Commission to meet the needs existing for the financing of economic development and pollution control facilities in and near the county.
   (B)   By the County Council, pursuant to the Act, that the County Department of Economic Development, controlled by the County Economic Development Commission be, and are hereby created and granted, all powers and duties of such Department and such Commission as set forth in the Act.
