§ 154.07 FLOOD INSURANCE STANDARDS.
   The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby assures the Federal Insurance Administrator that it will:
      (A)   Recognize and evaluate flood hazards in all official actions dealing with land use in flood hazard areas;
      (B)   Delineate or assist the Administrator in delineating special flood hazard areas on maps of sufficient scale;
      (C)   Furnish, upon request of the Administrator, information concerning the present use and occupancy of the floodplain;
      (D)   Furnish, upon request of the Administrator the elevations (in relation to mean sea level) of the lowest floors of new or improved structures which lie in the flood hazard areas and, where there is a basement, the distance between the first floor and the bottom of the lowest opening where water flowing on the ground will enter;
      (E)   Cooperate with federal, state, and local agencies, and private firms which assist in identifying floodplain areas; and
      (F)   Furnish the Administrator copies of ordinances, summaries, maps, and other such documents and information as required in § 1909.22 of Federal Register 36 F.R. 18175-86, dated September 10, 1971.
