§ 153.12 EXEMPT PROJECTS.
   Any residential, commercial, or industrial subdivision (major or minor), or construction project thereon, which has had its drainage plan approved by the Board prior to the effective date of this subchapter, shall be exempt from all of the requirements of this subchapter.
