§ 32.06 COUNTY WEED CONTROL BOARD.
   (A)   Pursuant to the authority established in I.C. 15-16-7-3, there is hereby established a County Weed Control Board for the purposes of controlling NOXIOUS WEEDS, as defined by I.C. 15-16-7-3, establishing a marijuana eradication program under I.C. 15-16-7-9, and exercising all other powers, and fulfilling all other duties, set forth in that chapter.
   (B)   The Board shall consist of the following members to be appointed by the Board of Commissioners, to-wit:
      (1)   One Township Trustee of the county;
      (2)   One Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor;
      (3)   A representative from the agricultural community of the county;
      (4)   A representative from the County Highway Department, or an appointee of the County Commissioners; and
      (5)   A cooperative extension service agent from the county to serve in a non-voting advisory capacity.
   (C)   Each Board member shall be appointed for a term of four years, and all vacancies in the membership of the Board shall be filled for the unexpired term by the Board of Commissioners.
