§ 32.02 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
   (A)   Pursuant to the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, being 42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq., a Community Development Committee will be responsible for preparing a statement of community development needs and priorities that reflect recommendations of the citizens.
   (B)   The process of gaining citizen participation includes the holding of public hearings.
   (C)   Each person is designated to service for a period of two years.
