§ 32.01 COUNTY ADVISORY PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners declares its intent to establish the County Advisory Planning Department, adopting the Advisory Planning Law, I.C. 18-7-4-101 through 18-7-4-1213.
   (B)   The existing master zoning plan is hereby validated, and shall continue as the master plan of the Commission.
   (C)   The date for the establishment of the County Advisory Planning Department shall be January 1, 1982.
