§ 31.11 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST POLICY.
   The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby establishes a conflicts of interest policy for all county officials and employees, wherein county officials and employees are bound by the duties of their office or employment to avoid any and all conflicts of interest, but that the dollar threshold of $200 is hereby established for any single event, meeting, or function below which any financial interest or value of any gratuity is not considered substantial, and may be accepted.
