(A) I.C. 5-4-1-18(b) permits the fiscal body of a county by ordinance to authorize the purchase of a crime insurance policy endorsed to include faithful performance to cover the faithful performance of all employees, Commission members, and persons acting on behalf of the county.
(B) The County Board of Commissioners is authorized to purchase a crime insurance policy endorsed to include faithful performance to cover the faithful performance of all employees, Commission members, and persons acting on behalf of the county government.
