The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the following statutes to wit, and incorporates said statutes, including the penalty provisions, by reference into this section:
(A) I.C. 15-17-6-1 through 15-17-6-14 concerning rabies;
(B) I.C. 15-17-21-8, 15-17-18-9, 15-17-18-10, and 15-2.1-21-12 concerning offenses;
(C) I.C. 15-20-2-1 and 15-20-2-2 concerning livestock-killing dogs;
(E) I.C. 15-20-1-3 concerning dog bite liability; and
(F) I.C. 36-6-5-3 concerning the administration of the dog tax and dog fund.
