§ 91.06 ANIMAL ABUSE, ABANDONMENT.
   (A)   Offenses, such as abandonment, neglect, and cruelty to animals, will be based on the I.C. 35-46-3, as currently written or as amended from time to time.
   (B)   Any animal impounded in the County Animal Shelter as a result of a violation defined in I.C. 35-46-3 shall be held subject to the terms and conditions of that chapter of the state code.
