§ 90.32 INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the authorized enforcement agent(s) to evaluate a report or complaint of a violation of this subchapter for proper enforcement procedures.
   (B)   Authorized enforcement agent(s) shall provide an inspection report to the Solid Waste Management District and, if feasible, to the property owner.
