§ 90.09 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   The following shall be authorized enforcement agents in the enforcement of this subchapter within the limits of the county:
   (A)   Area law enforcement officials serving the county;
   (B)   The County Health Department; and
   (C)   The County Solid Waste Management District.
