§ 51.19 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The enforcement of this subchapter shall be by the County Sheriff’s Department.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney, to whom the County Sheriff’s Department shall report any violation of the provisions of this subchapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating the provisions of this subchapter, and to prosecute to final termination.
