§ 51.02 SECURING OF LOADS BEING HAULED.
   (A)   No person shall haul any item on county roads without securing the load to prevent escape.
   (B)   Any person hauling trash, debris, or other loose items in an open top vehicle or trailer shall be required to keep the contents secured with ropes, netting, tarp(s), or other cover sufficient to prevent escape of the load while moving.
   (C)   Any person hauling trash in bags shall be required to load the vehicle or trailer no higher than the sideboards (front side and rear) of the truck or trailer, or, if higher, then the load shall be secured by tarp(s) or netting of sufficient strength to contain the load.
