§ 36.06 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX.
   (A)   The County Council imposes the county economic development income tax on the county taxpayers.
   (B)   The county economic development income tax is imposed at a rate of 0.5% on the county taxpayers.
   (C)   This tax takes effect on July 1, 1990.
