§ 36.05 DRAIN TAX.
   A $0.15 tax on each $100 real and personal property within the taxing district be established for the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of regulated drains. Such tax shall be so levied in 1989, payable in 1990, and shall be annually thereafter.
