§ 35.02 INVESTIGATOR REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS FEE.
   (A)   All persons who shall be entitled to a copy of any investigator’s report of an accident shall pay a fee for said copy.
   (B)   The amount of the fees so charged shall be the sum of $5 per copy.
