§ 34.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who commits an offense, as described in § 34.49(A), shall be liable to a fine of $2,500; such fine to be subject, however, to the discretion of the court of jurisdiction.
